How do I get my API key?
After subscribing, your API key is emailed to you automatically within minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox — it comes from [email protected].
How do I enter my API key in the app?
Open the app, tap the ⚙️ settings icon in the top right, paste your API key in the "API Key" field, and tap Connect. The app will verify your key and connect to the live feed.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. Email us at [email protected] and we'll upgrade or downgrade your subscription. Changes take effect within one business day.
What if I lost my API key?
Email us at [email protected] with the email address you used to subscribe and we'll resend your key immediately.
